Black Bean & Beef Chili w. Chipotle…this chili is a favorite with many! Smoky spice from the chipotle, but not too spicy. I always assume that those who like it hot have a bottle of hot sauce handy! Ingredients: Local ground beef, black beans, garlic, red onions, tomatoes, lime juice, chipotle in adobo, kosher salt & pepper. Garnished w. cheddar cheese, sour cream & lime marinated red onions. 13. per quart served w. bread. Gluten-Free
Mulligatawny with Tofu…a rich and hearty soup featuring red lentils, tofu & coconut milk. Ingredients: carrots, onion, local golden delicious apples, celery, vegetable oil, garam masala, veggie stock, coconut milk, red lentils, tofu, kosher salt, pepper & fresh cilantro.
