Spinach & Zucchini Bisque w. Roasted Leeks…simple yet delicious- the addition of a bit of fennel adds a terrific flavor.  Leeks, olive oil, garlic, onions, celery, fennel, zucchini, yukon gold potatoes, veggie stock, nutmeg, spinach, whole milk, kosher salt & pepper.  Garnished w. fennel fronds.  13. per quart served w. bread. Vegetarian, Vegan (minus milk) Gluten-Free
