Spicy Chickpea and Butternut Squash Soup…this soup is sooooo good! Mildly spicy, sweet & sour- full of flavor! Ingredients: olive oil, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, butternut squash, tomatoes, chickpeas, veggie stock, tomato juice, soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, coriander, brown sugar, jalapeno, coconut milk, kosher salt, pepper & fresh cilantro. 13. per quart served with bread.
