After what has felt like one of the longest periods of Indian Summer on record, cool autumn temps are finally here! What better way to welcome the chill then with a quart or two of yummy soup!
Broccoli-Cheddar Soup…this soup is thickened with potato as opposed to milk. It is creamy with whole broccoli florets mixed in. If you are vegan let me know- I add the cheddar at the end & can leave it out of yours! Ingredients: canola oil, carrots, celery, onion, broccoli, potato, fresh thyme, cheddar cheese, kosher salt & pepper. Garnished w. additional cheddar & sour cream. Beef & Black Bean Chili…this chili is sooooo good and a fave of many! Ingredients: local ground beef, black beans, red onions, tomatoes, chipotle in adobo, fresh cilantro, kosher salt & pepper. Garnished w. lime marinated red onions, sour cream & jack cheese. Gluten Free (please let me know so I can be sure to use the correct chipotle in adobo). 13. per quart served w. bread
