Vegetarian Mulligatawny…a nice change of pace from “autumn” flavors! Ingredients: olive oil, garlic, onions, celery, carrots, lentils, tomatoes, chickpeas, tomato juice, curry powder, cumin, coriander, coconut milk, tich of honey, basmatic rice, kosher salt, pepper & fresh cilantro. 13. per quart served w. bread. Vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten-Free (minus bread)
Hamburger Soup…a recipe of my grandmothers made even better by the two LARGE bags of local barley gifted me by friends. Ingredients: local ground beef, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, tomatoes, local barley, basil, oregano, thyme, ketchup (sounds strange but it is the “secret ingredient”), fresh parsley, kosher salt & pepper. Garnished w. parm cheese. 13. per quart served w. bread. Gluten-Free
