This will be the last Thursday soup of February. Starting on the 22nd by girls are on winter break until after Town Meeting Day. The longest break of the year for those of us not venturing to warm climates! Hopefully the snow will stay and the warm late winter sun will come out and I can enjoy some winter sports prior to the endless thaw/freeze of March!
If you have containers and ARE able to drop them off prior to Thursday that would be great.

Greek Orzo, Lemon & Chicken Soup…This is one of my favorite soups, especially at this time of year. It is simple, feel good soup. Ingredients: homemade chicken stock, orzo, eggs, lemon, chicken breasts, spinach, kosher salt, pepper & fresh dill. 13. per quart served w. bread
