The soups for this Thursday are….
Italian Wedding Soup…I have a picky 8 year old. Most Thursday soup nights we have my soup and I heat her up a can of Progresso Chickarana. You can imagine how painful this is for me! This Thursday she will join us for healthy, delicious homemade soup! This is one of her favorites- spinach and all! Ingredients: for the soup: chicken stock, onions, garlic, carrots, celery,acini de pepe pasta,spinach, kosher salt & pepper. For the meatballs: local ground turkey, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, parm, kosher salt & pepper. 13. per quart served w. bread
Black-Eyed Pea & Kale Chili…a hearty vegetarian chili that makes use of the seasons abundant kale! Ingredients: olive oil, oions, celery, garlic, diced tomatoes, black-eyed peas, chipotle peppers, cumin, coriander, honey, Dijon mustard, kale, kosher salt & pepper. This is a mild chili. 13. per quart served w. bread & garnished with Jack cheese. Vegetarian, Vegan (minus cheese garnish) & Gluten-Free
