Thai Tofu w. Ginger & Coconut…somehow I almost forgot about this soup. But I didn’t- or should I say a customer didn’t- which is a good thing! This is a pretty special soup. Ingredients: ctofu, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, pinch of sugar, Thai red curry paste, shallots, tomatoes, potatoes, coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, watercress, scallions, kosher salt & pepper. 13. per quart served w. bread. Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, Vegan: FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO PREFER THIS SOUP WITH CHICKEN- LET ME KNOW! I CAN SUBSTITUTE CHICKEN FOR TOFU!!!
Baked Potato Soup…comfort soup! Ingrdients: bacon, onions, carrots, celery, potatoes, chicken stock, milk, parsley, kosher salt & pepper. Garnished w. cheddar cheese, scallions & bacon. 13. per quart served w. bread. Gluten-Free
