This will be the last Thursday soup until December! How did that happen…

Cheeseburger Soup…I have a thing for “retro” recipes with updated ingredients. This is the kind of soup that would have been made with Velveeta and other oddly colored “food items”. Here it is updated with Vermont Cheddar, local ground beef, & wholesome veggies. Ingredients: olive oil, local ground beef, onions, carrots, celery, basil, parsley, chicken stock, russet potatoes, milk, cheddar cheese, sour cream, kosher salt & pepper. Gluten-Free 13. per quart served w. bread

Minestrone…Looking through this seasons posts, I realized I have yet to do a Minestrone. If you are GLUTEN-FREE and would like this soup let me know. I cook and add the pasta at the end (so it does not get too soggy). I will simply omit the pasta from yours! Ingredients: white beans, chick peas, tomatoes, tomato juice, onions, carrots, celery, cabbage, zucchini, basil, thyme, parsley, baby pasta, kosher salt & pepper. Garnished w. parm cheese (optional). Vegetarian, Vegan (specify), Gluten Free (specify), 13. per quart served w. bread

Sweet Treat: My oven BROKE last Tuesday. It should be fixed later today, tomorrow am at the latest…soooo, sweet treats should be back on this week! Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies- 1. per cookie.
