It is March & I am back…a week late…after a wonderful vacation, a cruddy head cold, and days upon days staring at the computer and entering tax data, I can’t wait to take my soup pots down & start cooking!!!
Black Bean & Sweet Potato Soup…this is one of those soups where a bunch of simple ingredients turns into something much greater then its parts. Ingredients: canola oil, garlic, onions, celery, carrots, black beans, veggie stock, sweet potatoes, kosher salt, pepper, lime juice, tomato paste & fresh cilantro. 13. per quart served w. bread Vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten-Free
Chili Con Carne…ground beef, colorful pepper, a mix of beans- YUM!Ingredients: canola oil, garlic, onions, rainbow mix of peppers, jalapeno, ground beef, kidney beans, pinto beans, black beans, tomatoes, tomato juice, chili powder, cumin, oregano, kosher salt & pepper.
