Soup Thursday is back and I am excited! The heat and humidity this past week scared me out of the kitchen…but nothing can stop me now!
The days are still warm- if you will not be home shortly after I deliver PLEASE leave some form of cold pack for your soup.
If you have room left on your punch card from last year- or you think you do but aren’t sure- let me know, I have a record.

Cheddar Corn Chowder w. Bacon & Scallions…made with local corn! Ingredients: bacon, onions, celery, garlic, yukon gold OR red potatoes, chicken stock, coriander, corn, cheddar cheese, whole milk, dash of Worcestershire, kosher salt & pepper. Garnished w. scallions. 13. per quart served w. bread. Gluten-Free
Chilled Curried Carrot Soup…This is also good HOT! Ingredients: canola oil, carrots, onion, shallots, garlic, ginger, coriander, curry powder, veggie stock, coconut milk, lime juice, cilantro, kosher salt & pepper. Garnished w. toasted pepitas. 13.per served w. bread. Vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten-Free
