This weeks soup feature the abundance of local produce that September produces…eggplants, zucchini, peppers and more!
Eggplant Parm Soup…this is one of my favorite soups! Ingredients: eggplant, olive oil, garlic, onions, celery, stewed tomatoes, tomato juice, white wine, oregano, basil, croutons, parm, balsamic vinegar, kosher salt & pepper. Garnished w. parm cheese, 13. per quart served w. bread. Vegetarian- Vegan-Specify and I will omit cheese!
Italian Sausage Zucchini Soup…thanks to high quality sweet Italian sausage this broth is exceptionally flavorful! Ingredients: olive oil, sweet Italian sausage, onions, garlic, tomatoes, basil, oregano, parsley, zucchini, celery, green pepper, pinch of red chili flakes, kosher salt & pepper. Garnished w. parm cheese, 13. per quart served w. bread. Gluten-Free
