Chickpea & Butternut Squash Soup…this is an amazing vegetarian soup! Full of flavor thanks to the coconut milk, lime juice and ginger- a zingy bowl of goodness. Ingredients: canola oil, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, butternut squash, diced tomatoes, chickpeas, tomato juice, soy sauce, lime juice, ground ginger, coriander, brown sugar, coconut milk, jalapeno, fresh cilantro, kosher salt & pepper. 13. per quart served w. bread.
