Pasta E Fagioli…when I was in college one of my go to meals was canned pasta e fagioli soup with a grilled cheese. This soup, MUCH better then the canned version, transports me back in time. Ingredients: olive oil, onions, carrots, celery, fennel, garlic, crushed tomatoes, veggie stock, cannelloni beans, ditalini pasta, fresh basil, fresh parsley, kosher salt & pepper. 13. per quart, garnished w. parm. Vegetarian & Vegan (minus parm garnish)
