Pork & Green Chili Stew … when I graduated college I moved to Orcas Island in Washington State. I worked at a wonderful cafe- where I had my first lesson in soup making. This was one of the best. I finally obtained the blueprint for this stew. Yummy! Ingredients: pork butt or shoulder (cut into bit size pieces and slow roasted), onions, carrots, garlic, green chiles, red potatoes, zucchini, cilantro, kosher salt and pepper. Minestrone. Olive oil, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, tomatoes, white beans, kale, rosemary, thyme, small pasta, kosher salt & pepper. Vegetarian, Vegan, gluten-free (pasta omitted). 13 per quart served w bread.
Sweet treat: carrot cupcakes. 2 per cupcake.
