Italian Sausage & Zucchini Soup…local sweet Italian sausage creates a richly flavored broth for this wonderful soup.  Ingredients: olive oil, Italian sausage, onions, garlic, tomatoes, zucchini, green pepper, basil, oregano, parsley, kosher salt & pepper.  Garnished w. Corn & Roasted Red Pepper Chowder..the pureed roasted red peppers in this soup give it an amazing color..and taste!  Ingredients:  canola oil, onions, celery, carrots, garlic, yukon golds, coriander, bay leaves, corn, roasted red peppers, cilantro, kosher salt & pepper.  OPTIONAL whole milk.  13. per quart served w. bread.  Vegetarian, Vegan (minus milk) Gluten-Free.
