Cheddar-Corn Chowder w. Bacon (optional for Vegetarians) & Scallions…looking through my old posts I can’t believe I haven’t made this soup since September! This is a favorite of Corn Chowder fans! Ingredients: canola oil, onions, garlic, celery, potatoes, veggie stock, pinch of cayenne, ground coriander, corn, cheddar cheese, light cream, kosher salt and pepper. Chicken Chili…this is my new favorite chili recipe. Chicken chili is often white, this is more like a classic chili. The chicken cooks with the dried beans and classic chili spices resulting in a tender chicken and flavorful beans. Yum! Ingredients: canola oil, chicken, onions, garlic, jalapeno peppers, cumin, Mexican oregano, chili powder, tomatoes, black beans, small red beans, kosher salt, pepper, lime juice & fresh cilantro. Garnished w. chopped scallions & sour cream. 13. per quart, served w. bread. Gluten-Free
