The first soups of May!

Thai Chicken…YUM!  Ingredients:  canola oil, chicken, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, sugar, Thai red curry paste, tomatoes, potatoes, watercress, kaffir lime leaves, coconut milk, cilantro, scallions, lime juice, kosher salt & pepper.  13. per quart served w. bread  Gluten-Free

Spinach, Feta & Toasted Pine Nut Soup…spanakopita SOUP style!  Ingredients: butter, olive oil, garlic, onions, celery, yukon golds, veggie stock, white wine, ground nutmeg, spinach, light cream, feta, pine nuts, kosher salt & pepper.  13. per quart served w. bread.  Vegetarian & Gluten-Free

Sweet Treat: Cherry Lime Macaroons 1. each
