Spring keeps disappearing!  Drove home from NH this morning & it was snowing!!!

Asparagus & Rice Soup:  Spring risotto in soup form!  Ingredients:  asparagus, olive oil, garlic, potatoes, leeks, bay leaves, arborio rice, veggie stock, white wine, kosher salt, black pepper, parm, parsley & chives.  13. per quart served w. bread.  Vegetarian, Vegan (minus parm) & Gluten-Free

Cheddar-Corn Chowder w. Bacon & Scallions: a favorite of chowder fans!  Ingredients: bacon, onions, carrots, celery, potatoes, chicken stock, coriander, corn, cheddar cheese, light cream, worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, pepper & scallions.  13. per quart, served w. bread  Gluten-Free

Sweet Treat: Black Bottom Cupcakes 2. each
