Coconut Curried Winter Squash Soup…Yum!!…Ingredients: butternut squash, canola oil, garlic, jalapeno (just a bit), fresh ginger, curry powder, veggie broth, coconut milk, lime juice, kosher salt, pepper & cilantro. “Hamburger” Soup…actually made with local ground turkey- a take on classic beef & barley. Ingredients: onions, carrots, celery, garlic, ground turkey, barley, tomatoes, ketchup, oregano, basil, thyme, bay leaf, kosher salt & pepper. Garnished w. grated parm. 13. per quart served w. bread.
