Hello Spring- to celebrate enjoy a quart or two of Spring-y soups this week!

Asparagus & Rice Soup…this soup has minimal ingredients yet has a magic taste! Adapted from Judy Rogers’ Zuni cookbook.  Ingredients: olive oil, onions, chicken stock, asparagus, bacon or pancetta, white rice, kosher salt & freshly ground pepper.  Garnished w. Parm, 13. per quart served w. bread.  Gluten-Free

Tomato Garlic Soup w. Spinach & Tortellini…delicious broth, fresh green spinach and filling cheese tortellini!  Ingredients: veggie stock, garlic, olive oil, paprika, fresh thyme, fresh parsley, canned chopped tomatoes, fresh spinach, cheese tortellini, kosher salt & pepper.  Garnished w. Parm, 13.per quart served w. bread.  Vegetarian.

Sweet Treat: Salted Peanut Butter Cookie/ Ingredients: light brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, peanut butter, sea salt.  Gluten-Free 1. each
