This will be the last soup & sweet treat Thursday in April. I will be on break the last week of the month and will return the first Thursday in May!
Cream of Spinach Soup…This soup mimics the color of early spring in Vermont! Ingredients: olive oil, butter, onions, garlic, celery, potatoes, veggie stock, fresh spinach, nutmeg, whole milk, kosher salt, ground pepper. Chili…local ground turkey & a medley of peppers- yum! Ingredients: ground turkey, black beans, pinto beans, rainbow peppers, onions, cumin, chili powder, oregano, garlic, tomatoes, cilantro, kosher salt & pepper. Garnished w. sour cream and tortilla chips. 13. per quart served w. bread.
