Bok Choy & Rice Noodle Soup w. Turkey Meatballs…yum!…Ingredients: Meatballs- tofu, water chestnuts, scallions, ginger, cilantro, soy sauce, and local ground turkey. Soup: rice noodles, chicken stock, ginger, scallions, tomato, soy sauce and baby bok choy. 13. per quart served w. bread. Gluten-Free.
Minestrone w. Orzo…my version of minestrone. Ingredients: olive oil, onions, garlic, celery, carrots, tomatoes, tomato juice, bay leaves, chickpeas, small white beans, zucchini, summer squash, orzo, fresh basil, fresh parsley, kosher salt and pepper. 13.per quart served w. bread & garnished with parm. Vegetarain & Vegan (minus garnish)
