Thai Red Curry-Chicken Noodle Soup…I love this soup. A little bit of spice mellowed by coconut milk and brightened with lime. Ingredients: canola oil, shallots, garlic, ginger, madras curry powder, turmeric, Thai red curry paste, cilantro, chicken stock, coconut milk, fish sauce, soy sauce, chicken, rice noodles, baby spinach , kosher salt and pepper. Garnished w. Bean sprouts, chopped cilantro and Thai basil & scallions. 13. Per quart served w. Bread. Gluten-free
Cauliflower & Parsnip “vichyssoise ” w. Gremolata…this soup is wonderful chilled or heated. Smooth and creamy , the crunch gremolata garnish adds texture. Ingredients: leeks, butter, olive oil, parsnips, cauliflower, fresh thyme, veggie stock, heavy cream, kosher salt and pepper. Garnished w.
