Beef & Black Bean Chili w. Chipotle…a customer favorite!  Ingredients: Local ground beef, black beans, garlic, red onions, tomatoes, chipotle in adobo, chili powder, cumin, lime juice, kosher salt, pepper, and fresh cilantro.  Garnished w. lime marinated red onions, sour cream & grated cheddar.  13. per quart served w. bread.  Gluten-Free

Eggplant Parmesan Soup…another customer favorite!  This soup tastes like one of the best tomato soups you have ever had.  Ingredients: eggplant, olive oil, garlic, onions, celery, stewed tomatoes, tomato juice, oregano, basil, croutons, Parmesan cheese, kosher salt & pepper.  Garnished w. Parmesan.  13. per quart served w. bread.
