Classic Chicken Noodle…. a classic cure all! Ingredients: Broth-canola oil, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, parsley stems, peppercorns, bay leaf, whole chickens, water. The Finish: egg noodles, celery, carrots, chicken, kosher salt, pepper and fresh parsley. 13. Per quart served w. Bread.
Hot-And-Sour Soup…full of flavor and various textures. Ingredients : cloud ear mushrooms, lily buds, veggie stock, firm tofu, shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, ginger, cornstarch, rice vinegar, soy sauce, eggs, scallions, sesame oil, kosher salt and pepper. 13. Per quart served w. Bread. Vegetarian, Vegan – if specified. I will leave eggs out. & Gluten-free.
