I think spring is lost! In order to help it come out of hiding I started vegetable and flower seeds yesterday. This weeks soups also beckon spring…bright flavors and colors that are reminiscent of tulips, daffodils, and warm sunsets.

Albondigas Soup…I can’t believe I haven’t done this soup this year! One of my favorites. Meatballs made w. Local ground turkey, a bright and flavorful broth, and veggies. Ingredients : meatballs: ground turkey, white rice, cilantro, parsley, eggs, salt and pepper. Soup: canola oil, tomatoes, garlic, onion, celery, carrots, zucchini, kosher salt and pepper. 13.
