Reminder: as the days are growing warmer PLEASE leave some form of ice pack in your cooler, bag, box etc. I deliver between 1:30-3:30 – it is important that your soup remains properly chilled!

Thai Red Curry Shrimp Noodle Soup…a bit of spice mellowed by coconut milk and lemon. A handful of rice noodles and some juicy shrimp make it a complete meal. Ingredients: canola oil, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, cilantro, turmeric, a bit of Thai red curry paste, pinch of sugar, veggie stock, fish sauce, coconut milk, shrimp, rice noodles and lime juice. Garnished w. Lime wedges & bean sprouts. 13. Per quart w. Bread. Gluten-free

Lemony Carrot and Cauliflower Soup…pretty to look at, full of good for you veggies and tastes great!  Ingredients: crushed coriander seeds, olive oil, garlic, onions, carrots, white miso, cauliflower, lemon zest, lemon juice, kosher salt and pepper. 13. Per quart  w. Bread. garnished w. Sunflower seeds and cilantro. Vegetarian, vegan & gluten-free

Sweet Treat: Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. 1. Each
