Libyan Beef & Chickpea Soup… a riff on what is considered one of Libya’s national dishes. This version has meatballs made w. Beef rather then lamb and uses fresh mint and parsley as opposed to dried. Full of flavor and slightly spicy this may become a new favorite. Ingredients : meatballs: bread crumbs, local ground beef, kosher salt, fresh mint and fresh parsley. Soup: olive oil, onions, cumin, turmeric, diced tomatoes, harissa, chicken stock, chickpeas, couscous, lemon juice, kosher salt, pepper and fresh parsley. 13. Per quart served w. Bread
Broccoli Cheddar Soup.. a classic. Heavy on the broccoli, a bit lighter on the dairy- a combination that creates a creamy, rich and comforting soup. Ingredients: butter, onions, garlic, flour, half and half, veggie stock, bay leaf, broccoli,carrots, cheddar cheese, kosher salt and pepper. 13. Per quart served w. Bread. Vegetarian
