The soups for the first full week of February are…
Creamy Tomato & Cauliflower… this is the perfect bowl of soup to warm up with at them end of the dreary week we have forecast! I can easily modify this soup to be vegan – and it will still be delicious! Just let me know! Ingredients: olive oil, onions, garlic, celery, cauliflower, veggie stock, fresh thyme, tomatoes, light cream, cheddar cheese, kosher salt & pepper. Garnished w. Cheddar and a sprinkling of chives. 13. Per quart, served with bread. Vegetarian, vegan (if specified) & gluten-free
Classic Corn Chowder.. traditional corn chowder w. Bacon, potatoes, and corn! Ingredients: bacon, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, potatoes, corn, light cream, chicken stock, kosher salt and pepper. Garnished w. Scallions. 13. Per quart served with bread. Gluten-free
