The soups for the first Thursday of SPRING are…

Italian  Sausage & Zucchini Soup… I love this soup. The broth is full of flavor thanks to local sweet Italian sausage , and it’s simultaneously filling yet light thanks to the lack of carbohydrates.  Ingredients: olive oil, Italian sausage, onions, garlic, celery,tomatoes, green peppers, zucchini, basil, oregano, parsley, kosher salt, grated Parmesan. 13. Per quart served w. Bread. Gluten-free

Broccoli Cheddar… a classic! Ingredients: butter, onions, celery, carrots, garlic, flour, broccoli, veggie stock, cheddar cheese, whole milk, kosher salt & pepper. 13. Per quart served with bread. Vegetarian. 

Sweet Treat: peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. 1.  Each
