Albondigas (Mexican meatball soup)…I can’t believe I haven’t done a meatball soup yet this season! I love meatballs! Ingredients…meatballs…local ground turkey, white rice, garlic, cilantro, egg, Mexican oregano, salt and pepper. Soup…chicken stock, tomatoes, zucchini , onions, carrots, celery, cumin, Mexican oregano, cilantro, kosher salt and pepper. Garnished w. Tortilla chips and cheddar. 13. Per quart served w. Bread. Gluten-free
Cheddar-Corn Chowder…classic corn chowder. Ingredients: onions, carrots, celery, garlic, potatoes, corn, coriander , whole milk, cheddar cheese, kosher salt and pepper. Garnished w. Scallions and OPTIONAL bacon. Gluten-free, vegetarian (minus bacon). 13 per quart served w. Bread
